Interior Design Lead Commercial Projects This role involves managing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Strong client relationships are also crucial in this position. Job Responsibilities: • Design and develop creative and functional interior design concepts for various commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects. • Candidate must possess ability to conceptualise innovative ID concepts and has strong presentation skills. • Present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes to aid in job procurement and discussion with clients. • Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures. • Attend meetings and conduct site visits to ensure quality control and smooth project progression. • Work collaboratively with team members of the architectural and landscape team and clients to create and implement a project's design.
