Kitchen Designer/Sales Cabinets 2020 Design Expert

Overview $52,000.00 Base Salary . plus Bonus and Commissions . We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming clients' kitchen visions into reality by providing innovative design solutions that meet their needs and preferences. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, offer product demonstrations, and assist them throughout the renovation process. Your expertise in design software and sales will be essential in delivering exceptional service and achieving client satisfaction. Duties • Collaborate with clients to assess their kitchen design needs and preferences. • Create detailed kitchen layouts using 2020 software colored renderings . • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various kitchen products. • Manage the entire design process from initial consultation to final installation. • Field measure skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to design specifications. • Maintain organized records of client interactions, project updates, and design changes. • Engage in inside sales activities, including presenting design ideas and closing sales. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the renovation process, ensuring client satisfaction. • Assist with account management tasks to maintain ongoing relationships with clients. Requirements • Proven experience in kitchen design or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in CAD software and Sketchup for creating detailed designs. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. • Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus. • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. • A passion for interior design and home renovations is highly desirable.
