Kitchen Design Assistant

Job Title: Kitchen Design Assistant Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Kitchen Design Assistant to support our design team and help bring clients’ dream kitchens to life. This role combines design work, client interaction, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with CAD software in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Create and modify kitchen layouts using CAD design software • Collaborate with clients to select cabinet styles, finishes, and design options • Organize and track active projects to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion • Prepare and send customer invoices accurately and efficiently • Maintain detailed project records, specifications, and design revisions • Support designers and sales staff with administrative and design-related tasks Qualifications • Experience with CAD or kitchen design software (preferred) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • High attention to detail • Proficiency in basic office software (email, spreadsheets, invoicing systems) • Prior experience in kitchen design, interior design, cabinetry, or construction (a plus) Skills & Attributes • Creative eye for design and layout • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Professional and friendly demeanor when working with customers • Self-motivated and dependable Work Environment This position involves both desk-based design work and in-person client meetings.
