Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen & Bath Designer located in Avon, CT. The Kitchen & Bath Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for kitchens and bathrooms that meet client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to discuss their needs, creating design proposals, selecting and recommending materials, and ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations. The designer will also coordinate with contractors and vendors to oversee project execution and maintain high levels of customer service throughout the design and installation process. Qualifications • Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design and Cabinetry • Strong Customer Service skills and experience • Excellent Communication skills • Sales skills with a focus on consultative selling • Experience using design software such as AutoCAD or 2020 Design • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field is a plus • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members
