Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen and bathroom renovations • Develop detailed layout designs using 2020 to visualize concepts clearly • Present design proposals, material selections, and product options, effectively communicating the value of premium solutions • Conduct inside and outside sales by engaging customers in product demos, upselling high-end fixtures, and guiding them through the remodeling process • Manage account relationships through excellent customer service, negotiation, and ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and repeat business • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to facilitate seamless renovation projects from start to finish • Maintain organized records of sales activities, project details, and client interactions using POS systems and organizational tools Skills • Proven experience in high-end sales within the kitchen and bath or interior design industry • Strong proficiency in layout design software such as 2020 for creating accurate visualizations • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are a plus • Knowledge of renovation processes, construction principles, lighting design, remodeling techniques, and maintenance practices • Ability to perform inside sales functions including product demos, upselling techniques, retail math calculations, and POS transactions • Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail • Customer service expertise with a focus on building lasting client relationships through clear communication and personalized solutions Join us as a Kitchen & Bath Designer where your creativity meets sales excellence!
