Position Summary: We are seeking a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer with 5–10 years of residential experience to lead projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and highly organized—able to design beautiful, functional spaces while working closely with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure projects are buildable, on budget, and executed at a high level. Key ResponsibilitiesLead residential kitchen and bathroom design projects from concept through installationDevelop functional layouts including cabinetry, storage solutions, and appliance integrationGuide clients through selections including cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and finishesPrepare design drawings, elevations, and cabinetry layouts. Collaborate with architects, estimators, and project managers to align design with budget and constructionManage specifications, selections, and documentation for constructionCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accuracy and timelines. Participate in client meetings and job site visits. Maintain design intent throughout construction and assist with field adjustments as needed Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in residential kitchen and bath design. Strong portfolio of completed kitchen and bathroom projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 2020 Design, or similarKnowledge of cabinetry systems, appliances, and kitchen and bath functionality. Strong understanding of materials including tile, stone, plumbing fixtures, and lightingExcellent attention to detail and spatial planning skillsStrong communication and client-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For: A passionate kitchen and bath designer who takes pride in their work.
