Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Design Associate to join our team with a proven track record for generating high end sales. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for design, a passion for the kitchen and bath industry, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. As a Design Associate, you will work closely with our experienced designers and construction team to create stunning kitchen and bath spaces that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with senior designers to develop innovative kitchen and bath designs. • Assist in the preparation of design presentations, including drawings, mood boards, and material samples. • Conduct site visits to measure spaces and gather information for design projects. • Communicate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements. • Research and source materials, fixtures, and finishes. • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate project execution. • Maintain project documentation and assist in project management tasks. • Maintain and exceed monthly sales goals.
