Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, and selecting the right materials such as tile, vanity, fixtures, cabinets, hardware, etc.
-you will be responsible for providing expert guidance in tile selection, vanity selection, and choosing outer materials necessary for the completion of kitchen and bathroom projects. Additionally, candidates should possess rendering capabilities to visually represent design concepts effectively.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings using software such as Rhinoceros 3D, CAD, Sketchup, and Revit
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design concept
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project completion within specified timelines
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the design process
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and incorporate innovative ideas into projects
Experience:
- Proficiency in design software
- Strong knowledge of color theory and spatial arrangements
- Previous experience in interior design or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with contract negotiation processes
