Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen and Bath Designer located in Milford, CT. The position involves designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bathroom spaces that meet client needs and preferences. Daily responsibilities include working closely with clients to plan and present design concepts, preparing detailed layouts and renderings, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle. Additional tasks may include providing product recommendations, specifications for cabinetry, and maintaining a keen understanding of current design trends. Qualifications Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design and working with cabinetry layoutsStrong Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfactionExcellent Communication abilities to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and team membersSales experience to guide clients through product selection and close design projects successfullyAttention to detail and the ability to produce accurate measurements and design specificationsExperience with design software such as CAD tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
