Must have 5 years of recent experience designing cabinetry. Salary is negotiable based on experience. This position assists clients with professional design input for all finish and material selections within kitchen and bath designs. Sourcing and ordering cabinetry with 100% accuracy. We offer luxury plumbing, flooring, tile, and lighting within the company’s vast array of manufacturers and suppliers. Provide clients with design boards, elevations, detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations. Must be able to prepare design projects for the next phase of construction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • A highly motivated individual who is passionate about design, a problem solver, and success-driven, able to work on multiple projects • Prepare design solutions that will include floor plans, cabinet plans, elevations, perspectives, and associated details and specifications • Meticulous attention to detail • Must be able to proficiently handle multiple projects • Must be able to prioritize, work quickly, and accurately, and produce design projects within deadlines • Develop client-facing pricing cabinetry quotes and estimates with 100% accuracy, place and manage cabinetry orders Required Education and Experience • 5 years of Kitchen & Bath Design Experience a must • Design Degree or Certificate • College Degree Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • 20/20 Software • AutoCAD • Construction Permit Document knowledge • Microsoft Office • Presentation Software - Canva • Knowledge or ability to learn QuickBooks Software • Exceptional Customer relations skills • Excellent written and verbal skills • Work with customers and builders in determining product and design selections • Contribute to the company's goal of providing complete customer satisfaction Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Frequently sits, stands, and walks.
