Kitchen and Bath Designer

Cypress Design Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team! This is a full-time position. Key Responsibilities: • Generate new leads • Develop a relationship with new Contractors / Interior Designers / Architects / Realtors, etc. to help generate new projects • Meet with clients on site to measure spaces and discuss client needs • Design spaces in Chief Architect • Price and order materials for clients (cabinetry, countertops, etc.) • Work directly with clients and their contractors until project is completed • Gain brand/product knowledge for specifying project materials • Be persuasive – not only with selling projects, but with vendors and contractors What We’re Looking For: ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. ✔ Prior knowledge of cabinetry, plumbing, tile ✔ Proficiency in Google Drive (particularly Google Sheets) ✔ Proficiency in 3D design software (Chief Architect, Revit, AutoCAD) Why Join Us?
