Kitchen and Bath Design Specialist

CRD Construction is a locally trusted residential remodeling company serving Toledo, Maumee, Perrysburg, and Sylvania. We specialize in high-quality renovations and pride ourselves on professionalism, transparency, and delivering exceptional client experiences. We are looking for a motivated Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team and help homeowners bring their visions to life. This role includes commission eligibility based on closed projects. Key Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to understand their vision, project goals, and budget. • Create functional and attractive designs for kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces. • Prepare design layouts, 3D renderings, and detailed selections for cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and finishes. • Present proposals and guide clients through the entire design and selection process. • Work closely with project managers, vendors, and field crews to ensure the design aligns with construction requirements. • Communicate updates throughout the design and sales process to support project closing. • Maintain knowledge of current design trends, materials, and remodeling best practices. • Achieve individual sales goals to qualify for commission opportunities. Qualifications: • Experience in kitchen and bath design, interior design, or residential remodeling preferred. • Familiarity with design software (20/20, Chief Architect, SketchUp, or similar). • Strong communication and customer-service skills. • Ability to balance design creativity with construction feasibility. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple active clients.
