Junior Project Manager

Muse Interiors is looking for a Project Manager to assist Senior Designers with paperwork and follow up. Candidate must have some experience working in Interior Design and have the ability to oversee project details from the start to finish. This includes: Executing fabric reserves, stock checks, and vendor information requests. Creating proposals in Design manager, placing and tracking orders, gathering accurate estimates from trades people. Coordinate deliveries. Maintaining sample library and office inventory. Candidate must have knowledge of industry resources (Fabric Companies, Furniture Companies Etc.) Be proficient in Design Manager or similar software program for creating proposals and tracking orders. Excellent customer service, organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. The main purpose of this position is to keep senior designers organized so they can focus on the design instead of micromanaging day to day details. Candidate will need their own transportation to run errands. Gas and mileage will be reimbursed.
