Job Description: • Supports lead designers with presentation materials, FF&E selections, specs, and project • documentation. • Manages accurate pricing and logistics (shipping/storage/handling). • Interprets and work from plans, elevations, and construction details. • Researches materials and finishes suitable for design themes and budgets. • Maintains the design library, project binders, and pricing updates. • Interact professionally with vendor and reps. • Attends client meetings, take notes and provide follow-up support. • Facilitates communication with external consultants under designer guidance. • Supports installations through deliveries, placement, and post-install coordination. • Assists with general administrative duties (calls, shipments, office tasks) and participate in weekly staff meetings. Qualifications • Must have valid permanent work authorization, no sponsorship offered. • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field, or equivalent experience. • 1-3 years of experience in interior design or related field. • Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Proficient in working on construction documents. • Detail-oriented, creative team player with excellent listening skills and integrity.
