Junior Interior Designer-residential remodeling

We are a fast-growing residential remodeling company in Franklin, specializing in kitchens and bathrooms. We’re seeking a creative and motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the remodeling industry with flexible hours and the ability to work on their own schedule. What You’ll Do: Under supervision and guidance you will manage your own projects from start to finish, ensuring they are designed, sold, and completed successfully. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional kitchen and bathroom designs. Don't worry, you'll have lots of training, continued mentorship and help from our in house CAD designer. You'll use your creativity to develop unique design solutions that fit client specifications and budget. Handle sales, design presentations, and oversee project completion. Someone with excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. Eager to learn and grow within the kitchen and bathroom remodeling industry. Sales experience is a plus but not required...we’ll provide on the job training. Previous design experience or formal education in interior design is a bonus, but not necessary.
