Role Overview: We are seeking a Junior/Intermediate Interior Designer to join our interiors team. This role works directly with a senior designer and offers hands-on experience with high-end residential projects. The focus is on decorating and FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), with the support of a dedicated procurement team. This position is ideal for a designer with 3-4 years of post-graduate experience who thrives in a collaborative, detail-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in the design and execution of high-end residential interiors, focusing on decorating and FFE. • Develop design concepts through mood boards, sketches, and renderings. • Source and specify high-end furniture, finishes, and materials. • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure seamless execution of specifications. • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and specifications for review. • Utilize 3D rendering tools such as Rhino and Enscape to visualize design concepts. • Contribute to the creation of client presentations using Adobe Creative Suite. • Coordinate with senior designers, project managers, and external vendors. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field. • 3-4 years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape. • Strong technical skills in drafting, rendering, and creating detailed presentations. • Excellent eye for high-end furniture and material selection. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail. • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
