About this role

Interior Design Degree required Must be VERY DETAIL ORIENTED with knowledge of interior design principles and practices Able to manage his/her own time efficiently Strong office management and superior organization skills Prepare and file purchase orders invoices and balance due sheets Must be proficient in quick books Read blue prints and assist in designing interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes Proficient in Auto Cad, Sketch Up, Power Point, and photo shop Assist in drafting plans and layouts for client presentations Rendering preferred Update and manage social media accounts Manage vendor and client accounts Prepare quotations for clients and keep track of all options specified and offered Assist on job sites take notes measurements and all necessary information; transcribe and follow up with client file Familiar with construction processes and have experience in managing job sites Update digital and physical records to properly keep track of all invoices, pending orders and options Support project management activities including budgeting and scheduling Contribute to the sales process by preparing design proposals Proficiency in Adobe software Ability to draft plans and layouts accurately Experience in renovation projects Understanding of building processes Seeking a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful spaces Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,242.00 - $52,772.00 per year Benefits: • Employee discount Schedule: • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
