As we continue to grow, we are seeking a creative and skilled Junior Interior Designer to join our talented team. This role will support the Expansion Department and contribute to the design and rollout of KREWE’s retail concepts while collaborating with the Creative Director and Expansion Leadership. Skills • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite • Proficient in Google Drive, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • In-depth knowledge of materials, sourcing & procurement, and lighting • Strong organizational skills • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Capacity to work independently or as part of a team • Strong attention to detail Responsibilities • Support store layouts, schematics, and concept design • Assist in material sourcing, costing, and sample selection for new projects • Participate in the development, scheduling, and rollout of all new stores • Work closely with Accounts Payable to process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors • Create sourcing/procurement and storage strategies • Provide finish, hardware, lighting, and appliance schedules for all new stores • Coordinate FF&E specifications and vendor installations • Assist the VP of Expansion with essential administrative and day-to-day functions • Create and maintain a library of design samples, files, and vendor lists Qualifications • 2-3 years of experience in interior design or a relevant field • Working knowledge of construction, architectural, and store planning terminology • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision • Proven experience in a team-oriented environment Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred Education Requirements Credential Category • Interior Design or related field Experience Requirements • 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior design Why work in New Orleans, LA New Orleans is a vibrant city filled with rich culture, history, and creativity.
