Junior Interior Designer

MWD is a small residential interior design firm based in Alameda, CA and we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Interior Designer. We are a collaborative design firm and need help supporting many of our projects throughout the bay area. Responsibilities will include: -Working directly under the Principal designer to execute the vision of each project. -Creating and... detailing design drawings and documents. -Researching and sourcing furniture, fabrics and lighting. -Organize, label and creating client binders and bins. -Requesting pricing and generating proposals. -Assist with purchasing. -Running errands to the San Francisco Design Center, workrooms, job sites. -Assisting Principal Designer on client meetings and site visits. -This is a mostly in-office job, after a while WFH may be an option occasionally
