Job description Debra Ackerbloom Interiors is a Tampa based luxury interior design firm in search of a Junior Interior Designer with experience in the Design Industry. Potential for very quick advancement based on talent. Must have above average computer skills, Photoshop, Revit & AutoCad experience, be detail orientated and have confidence to work with high end clients. Candidate will work... closely with Principal Designer, Lead Designer and vendors. Candidate will stage, design and furnish the interiors of residential homes. Take deliveries, inventory and manage our orders and shipments. www.DebraAckerbloom.com Guideline of Responsibilities • Provide Principal Designer with sourcing and preparation of all aspects design presentations and project support. • Assist in design selections for Residential Design Projects. • Assist in deliveries with staging on Residential Design Projects. • Formulate designs that are aesthetic and conducive to the client. • Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships. • Prepare CAD and documentation for client presentation as needed. • Travel to jobsites to supervise/assist with coordination of deliveries and installations. Skills/Requirements • Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design. • Project management skills. • Proficiency with Photoshop, AutoCad, required. • Proficiency with Revit a plus. • Deadline and detail-oriented. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Punctual, reliable and professional attire is essential. • BA or BFA would be recommended. • Education in Interior Design is helpful. • Clean driving license, no arrest. Job Type: Full-time • Pay is commensurate with experience. • Pay is $42,000+ based on experience and performance. • Potential is $60,000+ based on performance and added value to the team.
