Junior Interior Designer

Vickers Design Group is currently accepting applications for a junior interior designer to be a part of our Special Projects interior design team. The candidate must be an experienced professional who can execute and lead all phases of design. To succeed in this position the candidate must meet the following criteria... • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design • 3 - 4 years experience in interior design, restaurant design. • Proficient in Revit • Knowledge of Enscape, Bluebeam, Photoshop, InDesign a plus • Team player with a positive attitude To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibly satisfactorily. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication with both clients and consultants, execute multiple projects of various size and scale at once, thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high rate of project volume. Responsibilities: • Attend client and consultant meetings • Initiate design and produce drawings in Revit • Become knowledgeable regarding BOMA, ADA, Life Safety Codes, and technical drawings, i.e. elevations, sections, and details About Vickers Design Group Vickers Design Group has one specialty – outstanding design.
