Junior Designer / Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer/Project Manager to support the Principal across all aspects of residential interior design projects. Candidates must be located in the NYC area. Key Responsibilities: -Support sourcing and specifying furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes -Prepare client presentations, drawings, and detailed schedules including FF&E, lighting, fabric, installation, etc. -Coordinate directly with vendors, contractors, and consultants -Review vendor quotes, shop drawings, and specifications -Enter and manage all items in Studio Designer, including creating proposals, generating invoices, and order tracking -Troubleshoot issues related to production, shipping, and installation -Support site visits, installations, and styling as needed -Track design revisions and ensure documentation is up to date -Produce CAD drawings including furniture layouts, elevations, and design details
