Junior Designer

We are currently hiring a junior designer that enjoys both a team/collaborative and independent working atmosphere. The position provides opportunities to design and learn with the principal designer and manage creative, independent design projects as well. As a job candidate, you: ● Obtained an interior design degree and have two years of experience in a similar role ● Possess detail-oriented and good organizational skills with an emphasis on good time management ● Participate in all phases of the design process including initial consultation, presentations, design specifications, proposals, ordering and tracking materials, and installation ● Love working with clients through prompt and good written and verbal communication skills ● Appreciate working in a flexible, small business environment and the opportunity to directly contribute to company success ● Desire to learn through attending company sponsored industry events such as national markets
