Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with a passion for interior design, eager to contribute to high-end residential and commercial projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior designers and gain hands-on experience across all phases of the design process. Key Responsibilities: • Assist senior designers in developing design concepts and presentations. • Contribute to space planning, material selections, and custom furniture designs. • Prepare project documentation, including mood boards, design drawings, and presentations. • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and renderings using CAD and Revit (training provided for the right candidate). • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the design process. • Assist with site measurements, installations, and project management tasks as needed. • Participate in vendor meetings and assist in maintaining the material library. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. • Proficiency in CAD a must. Revit knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with potential. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • A passion for luxury design and a desire to grow within the company.
