Junior Architect / Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Junior Architect/ CAD Designer / Technical Designer to join our client's innovative design team in Miami. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bringing creative concepts to life through precise technical drawings and 3D models. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for Hospitality and high-end residential projects Develop technical specifications and construction documents Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers Ensure design compliance with building codes and regulations Produce accurate material lists and quantity takeoffs Assist in value engineering and cost estimation processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in CAD design, specifically in hotel/hospitality projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software Strong understanding of construction methods and materials Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Required Skills: Advanced knowledge of hospitality design standards and trends Ability to interpret and translate conceptual designs into technical drawings Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes Preferred Experience: Previous work on luxury hotel or resort projects Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specification Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max) Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems in hospitality settings The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to creating exceptional spaces in the hospitality industry.
