About this role

Join our dynamic Federal Interiors team as an Entry Level Architect or Interior Designer! In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in delivering award-winning projects that encompass planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. Your contributions will include designing various types of buildings, primarily using Revit, and supporting the planning and programming of project layouts. You'll have the opportunity to coordinate and integrate all disciplines into a cohesive design for client review and approval. Your team will engage you in preparing drawings and specification documents throughout the Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, and Detailed Design phases of our projects. We value your ability to communicate design ideas effectively and collaborate on projects involving Federal facilities. You'll help program client needs and develop conceptual and schematic designs while ensuring that all work conforms to budgetary and scheduling constraints. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
