Duties Collaborate with senior designers to develop staging concepts that enhance property features and appeal to target buyersAssist in selecting furniture, accessories, lighting fixtures, and color schemes that align with client goals and current design trendsSupport project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors or vendorsParticipate in site visits for inspections, measurements, and to oversee the installation process ensuring quality standards are metRequirements Proficiency in design software is highly preferredKnowledge of interior design principles including color theory, space planning, lighting design, and remodeling techniquesFamiliarity with construction processes, renovation projects, and contracts managementExcellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyEffective communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and team membersA proactive attitude with a passion for home staging, interior design, and creating visually compelling spacesMust have a reliable source of transportation and be able to work in person Monday through Friday.Join us in transforming homes into captivating showcases!
