Residential Interiors firm seeks detail-oriented experienced professional to join team. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Purchasing and Production Management: - Organize and Manage all aspects of Purchasing from start to finish- from initial specs and pricing to installation logistics - Prepare client Proposals and vendor Purchase Orders in Studio Designer - Track and Maintain budgets and timelines - Troubleshoot and solve issues as they come up - Interface with all vendors and maintain clear documentation. - Workroom visits - Plan, track and coordinate warehousing, inspections and final installation of completed items and deliveries Presentations and Sourcing - Assist with sourcing and pricing for Decoration schemes - Maintain materials Library - Call in and track samples
