Job Captain / Revit Specialist

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: DMHA Architecture + Interiors is growing and looking for experienced Job Captain and Revit production specialists to our growing firm in Santa Barbara, California. We are seeking self-motivated, talented design professionals with a degree in Architecture and (3) or more years of experience with conceptual design, design presentation, technical details, construction documents, and construction administration. As an integral part of our firm, the individual will work both independently and collaboratively within the project team. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Proficiency with developing construction documents in Revit BIM modeling and rendering skills are required. Project types include commercial, hospitality, and single and multi-family residential architecture. See selected projects and information about the firm at www.dmhaa.com. WHAT YOU BRING: • A desire to learn and be part of a team. • (3) or more years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment. • A degree in Architecture or a related field. • On track for licensure as an Architect or Interior Designer. • Developing and managing the architectural model in Revit with project team and various consultants (2-3 years of experience in Revit is required). • Experience in technical construction documentation.
