Intermediate Interior Designer

NYC high-end residential interior design firm is currently seeking a passionate Interior Designer with 3+ years of Interior Design experience to oversee all design-related tasks from conception to completion. Ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and will have concrete knowledge of interior design project management, thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to move projects forward while supporting the Principal. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Highly proficient in autoCAD • Produce detailed drawings of room layouts, elevations, millwork, custom furniture and lighting plans in AutoCad • Manage all phases of design projects under the supervision of Principle • Assist in assembling design presentations to communicate design intent • Sourcing FF&E and architectural materials and finishes • Create lighting, plumbing, tile, paint and finish schedules • Coordinate deliveries per project • Create and monitor project budgets • Manage and... resolve issues with contractors, vendors and clients - organize and accept deliveries for installs
