Intermediate Interior Design

We are a high-end residential and commercial interior design studio seeking an innovative, team-oriented, outgoing, and creative full-time Intermediate Interior Designer. Primary responsibilities will include pre-design through design development, presentation level drawings, material sourcing and selection, FF&E, and client communication. Requirements: • Interior Design/Architecture Degree from an accredited university. • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the hi-end multi-unit residential field. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint is a must. • A creative eye and attention to detail as well as strong color sense. • Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all FF&E installations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to clearly and concisely present design ideas and direction. • Ability to take direction, meet deadlines and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
