Intermediate Interior Designer

The designer’s primary role is as both a project and procurement manager for the studio. Responsibilities include: Project Management for both construction and decorative jobs. Initial project site surveys and drawing input into CAD. Preparing design drawings for client presentations (furniture plans, elevations, 3-D renderings). Drawing production to include custom millwork details, custom furniture designs, and construction drawings. Managing day-to-day client correspondence. Maintaining incoming architectural correspondence and digital drawing folders and systems. Managing Junior Designer and delegating project tasks. Vendor correspondence and order management. Preparing proposals in Studio Designer, managing client communication and purchasing. Placing client orders, managing correspondence with receiving warehouses, tracking orders and planning installations.
