The Role:
As a mid-level architect/designer, you'll be involved in all phases of our projects, from conceptual design through construction administration. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with firm leadership to:
• Guide place-making & ground floor retain design opportunities for mixed-use / commercial developments.
• Contribute to cutting-edge retail, restaurant, and commercial designs.
• Work with National Client on regional rollouts.
• Collaborate with award-winning chefs on unique dining concepts.
• Participate on conceptual design proposals and make material & finish selections.
• Have direct contact with Clients and take responsibility for project deliverables.
• Work with contractors throughout the construction of projects you’ve designed and permitted.
What We're Looking For:
• 2-5+ years of experience, with a focus on retail/restaurant/commercial design.
• Strong technical proficiency in construction documentation.
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Exceptional design skills and a compelling portfolio.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptability and eagerness to take on diverse responsibilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in Architecture or Interior Design (Master's preferred for Architects).
• Professional license or on track for licensure.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
