Intermediate FF&E Designer

Bryan O’Sullivan Studio is looking to hire an interior designer with 5-7 years of experience in high-end residential & commercial interior design, for the position of Intermediate FF&E Designer in our office in New York. We are seeking experienced designers with the drive and skills to join our growing office in NYC. Below is a summary of the Intermediate FF&E Designer’s responsibilities: - Pro-active, diligent & consistent completion of tasks and milestones assigned to maintain the project timeline & ensure the continuation of the studio's design - Maintains constant communication with the Senior Designer to ensure that the design is conceived & developed according to the creative vision of the Principal & the Studio - Ensures that design proposals & documents issued to Clients, Fabricators, & Builders accurately describe the extent of the design scope, in terms of pricing, lead times, & specifications - Assists the design team in preparing 3D computer sketches; furniture & lighting... plans; FF&E concept presentations; FF&E tearsheets; FF&E schedules; etc. - Confident in sourcing, assembling & presenting sample boards and schedules across all design phases. - Ability to work in all stages of design (Concept design, design development, purchasing, installations, etc
