Role Description We are looking for an Intermediate Designer to join our creative team at Wegman Design Group. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Naples, FL. The role involves designing and developing creative interior solutions, collaborating with team members and clients, producing design drawings, specifications, and presentations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects aligned with client expectations. You will play an active role in all stages of interior design projects, from concept development to project completion. Qualifications • Proficiency in interior design principles, space planning, and design solutions • Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite • Skills in developing detailed construction drawings and specifications • Strong project management and organizational skills • Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and in team environments • Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and codes • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field with a minimum 3-5 years of experience
