Intermediate Designer

We’re looking for an interior designer who is passionate about high-end residential design and eager to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for someone who has solid experience in project support and design development and is ready to take on more responsibility with guidance from senior designers. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing residential renovation and decoration projects from concept to completion. Develop design concepts in alignment with the Principal’s vision. Create and present client-facing design proposals, mood boards, and materials selections. Produce technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and lighting/electrical plans. Research, source, and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories. Assist with FF&E procurement, order tracking, and installation coordination. Review architectural plans and cabinet shop drawings to ensure design intent is met. Conduct site visits and collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors. Maintain organized project documentation, action lists, and digital task tracking (Asana). Support budget tracking, pricing proposals, and vendor coordination. Assist with mentoring junior designers and design assistants. Contribute fresh ideas and creativity to elevate our firm’s work.
