About this role

Rottet Studio (www.rottetstudio.com) an international architecture and design firm with an extensive portfolio of corporate, hospitality and multi‐family residential, is seeking a highly creative Intermediate Architect/Interior Designer for our New York office. Minimum Requirements: Ideal candidate will have four plus years of full‐time experience working on corporate, hospitality and multi‐family residential projects in an Architecture or Interior Design firm Experience with FF&E selection/specification/purchasing desired Technical skills with strong creative ability Experience working on more than one phase of a project (i.e. space planning; finish selection; production; etc.) Proficiency in Revit (preferred), AutoCAD, Adobe CS Suite, SketchUp, Enscape Motivated, personable, energetic individuals with strong graphic and communication skills Experience with client interface/relations Workplace Activities Will Include: Programming, space planning, conceptual design/schematic design/design development, construction documentation/production Selection and presentation of furnishings, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), develop finish palettes, associated specifications via SPEXX or similar Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts Collaborate with consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers Generate graphic presentations to include renderings and inspiration imagery We are currently working on corporate, hospitality, single and multifamily residential and cruise projects around the world.
