Job Description
• Take full ownership of awarded projects from kickoff to closeout
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, procurement, and communications
• Lead project meetings and oversee all documentation and quality control
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery
• Travel as needed to project sites (typically once a month for 2 days)

The Successful Applicant
• 3-7+ years in commercial construction (Retail experience strongly preferred)
• Proven success managing nationwide projects
• Ability to lead projects without an on-site superintendent
• Highly organized with top-tier communication skills
• Experience with fast-paced, high-expectation environments
• Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project
