Interiors Project Manager

Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to support our workplace strategy across multiple locations. This role integrates interior design, space planning, and project management to ensure office environments are functional, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design planning and execution of office space projects from concept through completion. • Develop drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate design intent and spatial solutions. • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business intelligence for move sequencing and relocation logistics. • Manage the procurement and coordination of furniture systems ensuring alignment with company standards. • Serve as a liaison between local offices vendors project teams and property management. • Oversee construction management for office buildouts and expansions. • Ensure compliance with corporate workplace design standards through review of fit plans and construction documents. • Maintain internal resources including the department web page and workroom site. • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field. • 3 years of experience in interior design or related field. Benefits: This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the office. The role is based in a metropolitan area on the East Coast of the United States. Candidates must currently reside on the East Coast. Additional Information: Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
