Interior Designer West Chester, OH Direct Placement Opportunity Our client works across multiple industries and strives to create spaces by providing a best in class tailored experiences for clients within Furniture & Furnishings, Architectural Interiors, and Facilities Services design build projects and solutions. They are a thriving organization with locations in Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Louisville. Responsibilities • Creative, practical design layouts to meet customer’s needs • Read and understand drawings/blueprints • Space planning and specification • Installation coordination/project management • Manage multiple projects at the same time • Consultation with client to determine function and needs of the project • Development and presentation of proposals to the client • Assists with bid or proposal responses by assembling collateral material • Provide installation crew with necessary, accurate information • Ability to calculate figures, square footage, proportions, percentages, area, and discounting • Must maintain knowledge regarding building code and ADA compliance • Adherence to RCF Group process, procedures, and policies • Explore and identify new opportunities to add or enhance professional services with existing clients • Work both independently and within a team structure • Continue to grow in field through seminars, trainings, vendor meetings, trade shows, and other possible industry events • Participate in selected marketing and business development opportunities to continue to learn and grow Qualifications • Interior Design degree - 2 or 4 year • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit • Familiarity or experience with CET Design and Project Matrix • Commercial Interiors background • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles • Knowledge of materials, to include but not limited to textiles, flooring, paints, and wallcoverings • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proven organizational, planning and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple responsibilities • High attention to detail • Ability to work both independently and within a team based environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products • Self-motivated • Flexibility/Willingness to travel, if needed GPA prides itself on providing quality, personalized services to its clients and candidates.
