Interior/Exterior Seasonal Plant & Holiday Decor Installer

Job Description: Interior/Exterior Installer (FT) Salary $18.00 - $22.00 - Based on Experience Email Resume to : hr@plantasiadesign.com... Summary The Interior/Exterior Installer is responsible for the professional delivery and installation of interior and exterior plant designs and holiday décor to include living and moss walls, silks, plants and containers, color bowls, exterior flower beds, containers and holiday décor as described through a design specification, diagram and/or related delivery paperwork. A list of the job’s responsibilities and overall requirements are as follows but not limited to: Responsibilities • Delivery and installation of live plants in commercial and residential facilities • Perform plant maintenance duties including but not limited to inspecting, cleaning, grooming, rotating, watering and removing debris • Plant exterior containers and flower beds or gardens using diagrams and tools • Install/Assemble Holiday décor to include but not limited to wreaths, garland, holiday trees, lighting etc. • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor and communicate any client issues or requests to management as soon as possible • Perform assigned duties in the warehouse such as cleaning and organizing, watering plants and flowers, and cleaning and preparing plants for delivery. • Loading and driving a non-CDL 14’ box truck safely. • Responsible for keeping vehicles and tools clean and organized • Ability to work extra hours during busy times with occasional weekend work. • Assist in the installation and breaking down/storing of Holiday decorations. • Break down and process all returning products from your day e.g., plants, color bowls etc. Customer Service and Teamwork • Maintain a professional appearance and manner • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment • Balance efficiencies with a great customer experience • Attend meetings and trainings as required Soft Skills • Excellent Communication Skills • Reading and Writing English • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Adaptability and Flexibility • Patient, good-natured and cool-tempered • Good problem-solver with the ability to work independently • Ability to find locations using GPS or other tools with little guidance • Ability to learn Horticultural practices e.g.,plant variety names both common and Latin - training provided • Design or artistic ability helpful but not required • Ability to learn new skills and take-on new tasks as required by a growing business Requirements • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and climb 4'-12' ladders • Ability to use a smart phone and time tracking phone application • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Valid driver license, Auto Insurance and Dependable Transportation • Criminal, RMV background, and Drug test may be applicable recblid 4krqaokd74ot7z8ghwlequ9y0x9m1j
