Job Description • Lead Office Space Projects: Oversee the design planning and execution of office space projects from concept through completion, ensuring seamless integration with business goals. • Develop Drawings and Presentations: Create engaging drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate design intent and spatial solutions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business intelligence for move sequencing and relocation logistics. • Procurement and Coordination: Manage the procurement and coordination of furniture systems, aligning them with company standards. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree: Earned degree in interior design or related field. • 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in interior design, space planning, and project management. • NCIQ or IIDA Certification: Desired certification in interior design. • Familiarity with Corporate Design Standards: Knowledge of corporate design standards and sustainable design practices. • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
