Interior Space Planner

Job Description We are seeking an Interior Space Planner to support our workplace strategy across 500,000 square feet of office space. This dynamic role integrates interior design, space planning, and project management, ensuring that office environments are functional, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design planning and execution of office space projects, from concept through completion. • Develop drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate design intent and spatial solutions. • Collaborate crossfunctionally to gather business intelligence for move sequencing and relocation logistics. • Manage the procurement and coordination of furniture systems, ensuring alignment with company standards. • Serve as a liaison between local offices, vendors, project teams, and property management. • Oversee construction management for office buildouts and expansions. • Ensure compliance with corporate workplace design standards through review of fit plans and construction documents. • Maintain internal resources including the department web page and workroom site.
