Interior Designer Position We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our team. This role will involve designing and implementing interior spaces for various projects. Job Description: The Interior Designer will be responsible for the following tasks: • Designing and planning interior spaces for offices, commercial buildings, and other facilities • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business intelligence and project requirements • Developing drawings and presentations to communicate design intent and spatial solutions • Managing procurement and coordination of furniture systems • Serving as a liaison between local offices, vendors, and property management • Overseeing construction management for office buildouts and expansions • Ensuring compliance with corporate workplace design standards through review of fit plans and construction documents • Maintaining internal resources including department web pages and workroom sites Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field • 3 years of experience in interior design or a related field • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Experience in real estate lease reviews, space planning, and property evaluations • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Benefits: This position offers a range of benefits, including: • A competitive salary and bonus structure • Comprehensive health insurance and retirement plan • Opportunities for professional development and growth Location: This position is based in a metropolitan area on the East Coast of the United States.
