Job Title: Interior Space Design Professional Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Space Design Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the design elements of interior and exterior spaces, working with clients to create cohesive environments that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: • Design Management: Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are met. • Project Execution: Facilitate, coordinate, and lead the execution of multiple major and minor capital projects, ensuring each is completed within the prescribed scope, schedule, and budget. • Space Planning: Independently manage space planning and design efforts throughout the project development process, serving as the primary liaison and collaborator between client groups, consultants, and various service units. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or similar field. • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an Interior Design role. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position is $48,000 to $68,400 per year, depending on years of relevant experience.
