• Client Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences by visiting their homes to discuss flooring projects.
• Sales System: Utilize our proprietary sales system, powered by innovative technology, to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Installation Coordination: Collaborate with the Office Manager to coordinate installation schedules and communicate effectively with clients.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that client needs and expectations are met, working closely with the Install Manager to deliver smooth project execution.
Requirements for Success:
• Sales Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in in-home and/or outside sales.
• Drive and Determination: Leverage competitive drive to consistently exceed sales targets and achieve outstanding results.
• Interpersonal Skills: Possess exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Independence and Teamwork: Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
