INTERIOR RESIDENTIAL SENIOR LEAD DESIGNER – DENVER, CO Poss Architecture and Interior Design is expanding to Denver, and we’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead our residential interior design department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced design professional to manage high-end residential interior design projects, mentor future designers, and help shape the creative vision of our new office. About the Role As a Lead Senior Interior Designer, you will: • Lead and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion. • Manage and mentor a growing team of interior designers. • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure design excellence. • Develop innovative solutions for luxury residential interior design • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in residential interior design and project management. • Strong leadership and team-building skills. • Proven expertise in high-end residential interior design • Proficiency in industry-standard design software. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
