About this role

About the Role: We are hiring a highly experienced, design-literate, and field-capable Interior Project Manager to take full ownership of interior fit-out execution for an ultra-luxury custom residence. This individual will bridge design intent, procurement, and on-site execution—ensuring every interior detail from stone and lighting to hardware and millwork is flawlessly implemented according to plan, schedule, and the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Interior Scope Management & Execution - Manage full interior fit-out: lighting, plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, hardware, tile, and luxury finishes. - Execute from detailed architectural, interior design, MEP, and millwork plans. - Coordinate with site supers, vendors, installers, and finish trades. - Ensure rough-in accuracy and flag installation conflicts early through field walks. Procurement & Vendor Coordination - Build and manage comprehensive procurement logs: fixtures, pricing, cut sheets, and lead times. - Source from top-tier luxury brands (e.g., Fantini, Waterworks, Dornbracht, Gessi, Delta Light, Apparatus, etc.). - Negotiate with domestic and international vendors and manage long-lead imports. - Coordinate deliveries and stage materials for phased execution. Owner & Design Team Collaboration - Interface with homeowners, architects, and designers to finalize selections. - Value-engineer alternatives without compromising design intent. - Own the RFI process and material approvals for interior elements. Schedule & Quality Oversight - Maintain a room-by-room interior construction and delivery schedule. - Lead punchlist resolution for interior scopes across multiple trades. - Ensure high-end installations meet spec, warranty, and CO compliance. Requirements: - 7+ years managing interiors on luxury custom homes or private estates. - Proven experience with premium interior brands and suppliers. - Portfolio required: showcase completed homes or interiors you managed. - Able to read and mark up ID sets, elevations, RCPs, MEPs, and schedules. - Skilled in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking POs, specs, deliveries. - Field experience resolving site conflicts and overseeing installation teams. - Bonus: Experience with international sourcing, boutique vendors, and white-glove delivery coordination.
