We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Designer/Project Manager with a strong background in workplace and commercial interiors.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from conception through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional seeking to grow their career within a collaborative and innovative studio environment. As part of a global firm with a single profit center, travel across the United States will be another exciting aspect of this role.
Qualifications:
• Degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Workplace and commercial interiors
• Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Project).
• CPHD, LEED and/or WELL accreditations, progress toward licensure (NCIDQ) are a plus
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and project requirements, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions.
• Oversee all phases of project development, including conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, designers, consultants, and contractors, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and securing repeat business.
