Interior Project Architect / Designer

Requirements • Minimum 7+ years’ experience, architectural and interior design with strong technical and design skills • Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design (BS/BA/BFA/MA/MFA) • Experience with commercial tenant improvements • Licensed Architect, or on the path to licensure • Strong communication, presentation and visualization skills • Experience in consultant coordination and all phases of design and construction • Experience in medium to large scale projects • Strong professional experience with Revit • Proficiency in using rendering software to create detailed 3D visualizations and models of interior spaces • Proficiencies with Adobe, Sketchup, Rhino, AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion and Bluebeam (preferred) Responsibilities • Manages projects of all sizes and levels of complexity • Provides project team leadership • Responsible for all phases of the project – schematic design through construction administration • Participates in the design control of projects in the design development, construction document, and supervision phases • Strong office space planning and architectural skills to include custom millwork detailing. Our final compensation decisions include a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and education.
